Sandi Padilla is an author, speaker, and worship leader who empowers women with music, faith, and wellness to find hope, healing, and peace—leaving them inspired, encouraged, loved, and renewed to live free and joyful.

As the founder and director of Pure Worship Ministries, Sandi has blessed folks in prayer rooms, at concerts, retreats, church groups, retirement homes, hospitals, and memory care facilities. She hosts The Frequency of Healing podcast, teaching positive spiritual practices rooted in biblical truth. She plays the hammered dulcimer and is passionate about ‘tuning’ people’s hearts to their divine purpose through Scripture, science, and shalom. Sandi has performed alongside recording artists Darlene Zschech, Lincoln Brewster, and Sarah Kelly, and her original worship and choral pieces have been featured in California, Colorado Springs, and the Denver area.

Having come to faith at a young age, Sandi is both a worshiper and a “treasure hunter” who loves discovering hidden gems in Scripture. Her passion is to inspire, encourage, and equip women to experience joy and freedom in their daily lives. In her new book, The Frequency of Healing, she reveals how she overcame struggles with anxiety, co-dependency, fear, depression, and insomnia. As a busy wife, mom, and pastor’s wife who once felt overwhelmed, Sandi shares how she is no longer just surviving but learning to soar.
