MINISTRY PROFILE

Pastor Andreas Fischer is an ordained minister, missionary, author, teacher, and ministry leader with more than two decades of pastoral and international missions experience.

In 2005, while serving as a missionary in Panama, Pastor Fischer founded and led a church and nonprofit foundation in Panama City on behalf of his U.S. home congregation. For more than twenty years, he served as founding pastor and president, combining pastoral ministry with evangelism, community development, leadership training, and outreach to some of Panama’s most challenging communities.

His ministry included partnerships with Panamanian government entities, international organizations, churches, and community leaders in developing youth empowerment and violence-prevention initiatives. Through these efforts, his ministry reached thousands of people and developed innovative approaches to bringing the Gospel into difficult environments.

Pastor Fischer also directed and produced 39 short films addressing social issues and sharing faith-based messages. Several of these productions achieved significant national television exposure in Panama. He also hosted a Christian radio program.

Today, together with his wife, Kathy, Pastor Fischer leads PAF Victorious Living, a missions and teaching ministry focused on reaching nations, strengthening churches, equipping leaders, and helping believers live victorious lives through biblical teaching and practical application.
