Jeff stewards Restoring Order, a Christ-centered ministry helping men, women, couples, churches, ministries, and faith-based leaders and organizations return to alignment with God, vertically with Christ, internally with identity and calling, and horizontally in their relationships, partnerships, and work. His teaching centers on four markers of a restored life: a clear identity, a strong vision, a steady presence, and an aligned partnership with Christ and others.

Jeff’s ministry was forged through fire. After walking through a season of profound personal collapse, God rebuilt him through the sanctifying work of the Holy Spirit. That journey formed in him a grounded, courageous steadiness. Not theory, not performance, but lived authority. Jeff speaks as a man refined by God and now calling others back to the same clarity and order.

Before entering full-time ministry, Jeff served 37 years as a U.S. Navy leader and later as a program director at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, where he led high-pressure missions and shaped large teams with precision and care. He holds a Master of Divinity and a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry from Liberty University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Christian Religion. He has served as a licensed preacher of the gospel, an adult discipleship teacher, a small-group leader, and a men’s ministry facilitator.

Today, Jeff helps believers and leaders rebuild what confusion, fear, and disorder have disrupted. His mission is to bring Christ-centered clarity into pressure, turn conflict into peace, and restore God’s order wherever it has been lost.
