Jeff Simpson founded Restoring Order after twenty years of change, suffering, and God’s faithfulness. It became the kind of place he wished he had when life became too heavy to carry alone.

Restoring Order exists to help people carrying significant responsibility face hard problems, painful situations, and important decisions with biblical wisdom.

Over the years, Jeff discovered that many struggles are not isolated problems. Situations often become so complex, confusing, or personal that even wise and responsible people can lose perspective. Fear, grief, conflict, pressure, and competing priorities can obscure what truly matters and make faithful decisions more difficult.

Jeff has become known for identifying what matters most, helping people recognize what others often miss, and finding words for realities that are difficult to see and even harder to say out loud. Through speaking, teaching, facilitation, and strategic guidance, he helps people regain perspective when effort alone no longer seems to be enough.

Underlying everything Jeff does is the conviction that God created the world with purpose and order, that human disobedience disrupted every area of life, and that Jesus Christ is restoring what has been broken through the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit.

Before founding Restoring Order, Jeff served 21 years in the United States Navy. He later spent 16 years at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, where he led large teams and complex programs where consequences mattered. He holds a Master of Divinity and a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry from Liberty University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Christian Religion. He has served in preaching, teaching, discipleship, men’s ministry, and church leadership.

Today, Jeff serves people who carry significant responsibility and have reached the limits of their effort. Many are leaders, pastors, couples, parents, veterans, ministry leaders, and mission-driven organizations facing the same kinds of pressures, losses, conflicts, and difficult decisions that shaped his own journey.

He is available for conferences, retreats, discipleship events, leadership gatherings, men’s events, and customized engagements. His speaking often focuses on suffering, fear, relationships, responsibility, grief, stewardship, and the ways God uses ordinary life to form His people.
