Dr. Sharon Arrindell—fondly known as Dr. Sharon—is a transformational speaker, fashion designer/curator, bestselling author and coach. Her life and work embody resilience, restoration, and purpose. A Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker and Coach, she inspires audiences worldwide to “pick up the pieces of their lives and become whole,” a message she calls her Redemption Song—a living testimony of healing, faith, and hope.

Born in Jamaica, West Indies, Dr. Sharon relocated to the United States in 1970. Her adult life has been guided by a phrase etched on the wall of her former Harlem church: “Enter to Learn, Go Forth to Serve.” This mantra became the foundation of her calling and continues to shape her impact across education, leadership, ministry, and now fashion.

Dr. Sharon began her professional journey in the fashion industry, where she cultivated a deep appreciation for creativity, elegance, and expression. After years in fashion, a devastating hurricane caused her to pivot. She transitioned into education, counseling, coaching, and speaking. She served in New York’s public school system working with autistic children for 4 years, later relocating to Florida where she spent over a decade as a school counselor and professional development trainer for educators.

Since 2007, Dr. Sharon has served as an adjunct professor at several universities and currently teaches undergraduate and graduate online courses in psychology and counseling at Indian River State College (FL) and Montreat College (NC).

She is the Founder and CEO of Inspired Wholeness Enterprise, where she designs transformational programs for Kingdom-minded women and leaders, they include:

• WAIT – a 10-week transformational program for women

• SOAR – a 6-week leadership program for female leaders in church, business, and life

As a result of her almost 20-years as a licensed board-certified Christian marriage and family therapist she also developed a coaching program for couples called The Marriage PUSH.

A globally recognized and sought-after voice, Dr. Sharon is listed with Christian Women Speakers, Global Women Speakers, and C-Suite for Christ Speakers Bureau. Her speaking engagements span the United States, the Caribbean, Paris, and Spain—always rooted in her unwavering faith.

She has been featured in numerous publications including New York Weekly, Preferred Health, and Success magazines. Her story and work have been highlighted on magazine covers, television, podcasts, Times Square billboard and various media platforms.

In a powerful full-circle moment, Dr. Sharon has returned to her first passion—fashion—with the launch of her couture-inspired fashion line, Inspired Creation. This collection reflects her belief that fashion is both art and ministry, designed for sophisticated, purpose driven women who dare to show up, stand confidently, and embody grace, strength, and purpose. With a focus on semi-formal, evening and bridal apparel, her designs merge elegance, identity, and storytelling—each piece a reflection of wholeness and redemption.
