Dr. Rita Renee is an international Christian speaker, Bible teacher, author, and ministry leader whose life and message testify to the redeeming, restoring power of Jesus Christ. As a survivor of childhood molestation and domestic abuse, she speaks with compassion, theological clarity, and Spirit-led conviction—helping women understand that their story is not the end, but the doorway to God’s healing and purpose.
She is the founder of Women at the Well Living Water Ministries (est. 2010), a teaching ministry dedicated to helping women grow through sound doctrine, biblical literacy, and Christ-centered discipleship. Dr. Rita also serves as the Director of Women’s Ministry at Hocutt Baptist Church for the ministry Women of His Heart, where she leads women in spiritual formation, community building, and deepening their walk with Christ.
With over 34 years of experience in nursing—20 of those in corporate leadership—Dr. Rita brings a rare blend of biblical wisdom, leadership experience, and pastoral care into every room she steps into. She holds an MBA, a Master’s in Church Ministry, a Ph.D. in Organizational & Development Leadership with a focus on Divinity and Theocentric Psychotherapy, and a PsyThD in Biblical Counseling/Leadership & Organizational Development. Her ministry is grounded in exegesis, not emotionalism, and she is committed to teaching Scripture in its full context with accuracy, reverence, and grace.
Dr. Rita speaks on women’s ministry, faith through adversity, biblical identity, discipleship, spiritual growth, leadership, purpose, victorious living, and testimony. Through her ministry, Ultimate PowerHouse Coach, she helps women “come off mute,” step out of the shadows, and embrace the courage to use their God-given voice for His glory.
Whether preaching, teaching at retreats, leading conferences, or ministering one-on-one, Dr. Rita Renee’s heart is simple: to point people to Jesus, to the sufficiency of Scripture, and to the hope found only in the Gospel.
