Connelia Z. Houston is an attorney, Certified Leadership Coach, speaker, and Master of Divinity who helps women recognize the patterns that may be keeping them from moving into what God is calling them to next.

With more than 30 years of professional experience, biblical training, practical wisdom, and humor, Connelia speaks at the intersection of faith, purpose, leadership, and courageous action. Her messages explore topics including discovering what God is calling you to next, overcoming fear and distraction, breaking free from people-pleasing and limiting beliefs, leading with clarity and confidence, and moving from knowing what to do to actually doing it.

Whether speaking at a conference, retreat, workshop, women’s ministry event, or leadership gathering, Connelia brings a grounded, relatable approach that combines biblical truth with practical next steps. Her goal is not simply to inspire women for the moment, but to help them recognize what is holding them back and take meaningful action toward what comes next.

Still capable. Still called. Still valuable.
