She is the Owner and Founder of Charmaine Ashby Life and Marriage Coaching, where she supports individuals and couples in building healthy, purpose-driven, and God-honoring relationships. Married for 17 years, she ministers from lived experience and biblical truth, offering faith-based guidance that promotes emotional healing, personal development, and relational wholeness.

She is also the Co-Founder of Literacy Nation, Incorporated, serves as President of the Friends of the Sharon Hill Public Library, and is the Past President of the Philadelphia Chapter of NETWORK, an affiliate organization of the United States Postal Service for women, dedicated to supporting and developing women into leadership roles.

Her work is rooted in compassion, purpose, and transformation—equipping individuals and families to grow in faith, leadership, and healthy relationships according to God’s design.
