Alice V. Walters has diverse speaking experiences garnered from thirty years of engaging audiences in the Midwest. From boardrooms to bikers, classrooms to conferences, Walters brings passion, wit, and authenticity to a variety of topics.

As an educator in urban schools, Walters quickly learned that everyone has a story, a story they long to share. That off-the-script learning has been helpful to Walters, both as a speaker and writer. Another important lesson she has learned as a presenter at professional development events, training sessions, and conferences, is that people of all ages and sizes are far more apt to listen when they are actively engaged in the conversation. One of her favorite parts as a speaker, is to facilitate interactions between presentation attendees and those around them, and with her, by using “every pupil responses.”

Her goal, as both a faith-based speaker and author, is to connect, encourage, and empower individuals, teams, and organizations. While devoted to her faith, Walters’ primary message of affirming or clarifying how our pasts have guided us to our purposes, is equally suitable for corporate settings.
