Jeffrey S. Simpson is a Christian speaker, teacher, facilitator, and retired senior leader who helps people discern what matters, carry responsibility faithfully, and move forward when life, leadership, or relationships become difficult to see clearly.

Jeff retired after 21 years in the United States Navy, where he attained the rank of Senior Chief Petty Officer, and 16 years at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, where he served as Principal Professional Staff and led people, teams, and complex missions where judgment, responsibility, and consequences mattered.

He holds a Master of Divinity and a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry from Liberty University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Christian Religion. He has served as a licensed preacher of the gospel, adult discipleship teacher, small-group leader, and men’s ministry facilitator.

Jeff’s speaking has also been shaped by seasons of change, loss, difficult relationships, and God’s faithfulness. Through those experiences, he learned more deeply what it means to surrender what cannot be controlled, accept responsibility for what has been entrusted to us, and allow God to restore order where human effort alone cannot.

Today, Jeff speaks and teaches about leadership, responsibility, discernment, relationships, adversity, spiritual formation, stewardship, and faithful action. His aim is to help people see more clearly, respond faithfully, and become better prepared to carry what God has entrusted to them.
