Jimmy Thrasher is an Ordained Minister who began his Evangelism and Missions ministry in his mid-twenties, co-founding the 501(c)(3) Performing Arts Ministry, Silent Witness, Inc. As a performing arts member and traveling minister, Jimmy spent 12 years spreading the Gospel from Texas to North Carolina and even to Trinidad & Tobago. During this time, he completed extensive ministry training and became licensed and ordained through Grace Baptist Church in Russellville, Alabama.

Jimmy’s passion for performing arts and music has uniquely equipped him to cross denominational boundaries, ministering in hundreds of churches across diverse denominations and ethnic communities. In addition to ministering in Churches, his ministry also extends to unique venues such as conferences, concerts, healthcare facilities, music and other various festivals, private events, theaters, prisons, and youth detention centers.

Jimmy Thrasher also brings a deeply personal and spiritual perspective to grief and healing. After losing his first wife to cancer following 25 years of marriage and later both parents within two weeks of each other, Jimmy has walked through the grieving process firsthand. Drawing from these experiences, he shares a transformative message of navigating grief, rediscovering purpose and identity, and embracing a new chapter in life.

As an ordained minister, Jimmy weaves together biblical insights and his own powerful testimony to deliver messages of healing, hope, and encouragement in Christ. His words have reached audiences on six continents, in 38 countries, and over 360 cities worldwide.
