James is a 9 year veteran of the NFL where he was a Super Bowl champion as a member of the “Greatest Show on Turf” St. Louis Rams. He was coached by Mike Martz, one of the most creative and innovative offensive minds the NFL has seen. As a player, Hodgins was the lead blocker for several hall of fame running backs such as Marshall Faulk, Curtis Martin, Edgrine James, and Emmitt Smith. A multi-faceted coach, consultant, and public speaker Hodgins has worked with the Fellowship Of Christian Athletes, San Jose State University, and the Denver Broncos. Hodgins brings a wealth of knowledge and invaluable life experiences as a Christian husband, father, and youth pastor.
Hodgins uses his former NFL position as a platform to share the Gospel, motivate others, and create interest for new believers. He has an amazing testimony that involves self-destructive behaviors... From winning Super Bowls to being addicted to pain killers and drugs... but now has a testimony of God's saving and delivering power.
