Purpose:
My single goal in life is the glory of God. My heart is to see people and nations crying out to our God in praise and worship. My
call to the church is to help the body of Christ learn that worship is not just a Sunday morning event but a daily connection with
the Almighty God, a daily realization of who He is in our lives.

Personal Core Values:
My utmost value is the glory of God. This is what drives me in ministry.
It is the one thing I seek most not only in my life, but in my ministry as well.

1. Biblical Doctrine – the Word of God is of utmost importance to me, as well as, the understanding and teaching of biblical
doctrine.
2. Excellence – I believe God seeks my best in all that I do. Not to be perfect, but to pursue excellence in my life, as well
as in my ministry.
3. Integrity – God has called me to live a Holy life. My ethical and moral beliefs are a part of that call.
4. Cultural Relevance – I believe culture is not our enemy. If some part of culture can help connect this generation to God,
I am willing to make the sacrifice of traditions; Understanding, however, some parts of culture are not appropriate for the body
of Christ.
5. Creativity – I believe I serve a God who likes to create. Therefore, I believe He is glorified through my creativity to
Him.
