Pastor Towles is Regional Director for WomenNPower Illinois Chapter – As the Regional Director, Pastor’s assignment is to be responsible for assisting all the chapters and officers in their region. As a team player, she works directly with the President and/or Vice President of the state of that region. Her job as a Regional Director will be responsible for helping to set up chapters and appoint officers within the counties in the Illinois region. Pastor Towles is also be responsible for helping the local chapter Presidents and assist in organizing their chapter meetings.

Pastor Towles was called to Women's Ministry in 1993, where she has facilitated her church’s Women's Support Group and has taught seminars and ministered at conferences and retreats. Pastor Towles served as Chairperson of Missions where her assignment was to work in the Outreach Ministry consequently assisted in developing an effective Missions program for her local church. Over the years, she functioned in many areas of ministry. She taught Junior Church from age's 3-12 years, coordinated Vacation Bible School, planned Seniors' Day services for approx. 5 years, and was a former Choir Directress. In March 2001, Pastor Adrienne received a "leadership" plaque from her former church in NY commemorating her years of service to the community. She worked with a local Mission housing located in Waukegan, IL where they are assisting in the outreach of homeless individuals.

Pastor Towles holds a Bachelor's Degree in Ministry and in September 2003, she was ordained as Reverend through the World Harvest Church, in Columbus, Ohio under her spiritual father, Pastor Rod Parsley. Prior to this elevation, she was a licensed minister through this ministry for 3 years. In September 2002 she received the Mantle of Impartation at World Harvest Church from Pastor Rod Parsley. Pastor Towles was released into ministry and licensed as Pastor through Living Word Christian Center under the covering of Dr. Bill Winston in Forest Park Illinois.

The Lord spoke to Pastor Towles to start a church - Divine Power Outreach Ministries, which is located in Lake Villa Illinois. It is a non-denominational/multi-cultural spirit filled church designed to minister to the needs of individuals imparting wisdom, knowledge and understanding in an instructional environment. This is accomplished through teaching, seminars or preaching the uncompromised Word of God. She has a shepherd’s heart where her sole desire is to see people healed, delivered and set free from the past.

In her spare time, she mentors women either on-line, personally agreeing with them in prayer and offering encouragement. Her heart is Missions and Outreach and she has received numerous citations and awards from organizations in the Lake County Illinois area.

Mrs. Towles was a former member of The Ernestine Cleveland Reems International Women's Ministries both on a national level (from 1994-1999) and was a board member in NY Queens Chapter. It was through this ministry where she has extensive experience in Special Events Planning and Hospitality. Pastor Towles attended the Bethel Bible Institute in New York where she received her certificate in Evangelistic Studies in 1999. Pastor Towles also completed Ministerial Preparatory Program in Spring of 2002. Her particular areas of giftedness are Special Events Planning Expert and Administration, Leadership and Teaching/Preaching.

Divine Power Outreach Ministries is now known in the local community for its outreach efforts. Recently the church engaged in assisting an elderly individual by gathering a team to come and clean her home. DPO church works closely with Love, INC (Love in the Name of Christ). She serves as a liaison between the organization; (which is established to connect local churches with individuals calling in for food, clothing, furniture, and more importantly, looking for a church home). She has served on the committee at Love INC for a fundraising event . By way of this association with Love INC, located in Zion, IL, Pastor has personally visited homes of disadvantaged clients enquiring help for furniture, home repairs, car repair and the like.

Pastor Towles has also taught life application skills to Allendale Association, which is a residential facility for the Youth located in Lake Villa Illinois. This organization has given her the opportunity to be a PAL (a mentor) to a teenager resident. The girls in the residential unit came to know Pastor and gave full respect to her leadership. Pastor Towles also taught at their chapel service on Sundays before God called her to start her own church.

On her secular job – she serves on a “team building” committee for her department. She also volunteers her time during the assisting the company’s Diversity and Inclusion Events Committee. She has extensive experience in planning Career Development Expo and Leadership conference sponsored by her employer where she has worked with several levels of management.

Her other volunteer opportunity through her employer is working with Junior Achievement. Pastor Towles is married to a wonderful husband of 18 years, has 3 grown sons (ages 35, 30, and 25) and she also has a beautiful 13 year old daughter with 4 terrific grandchildren.
