Frank recently addressed 7,000 in Richmond, VA at the Youth Evangelism Conference with David Nasser, PAX 217 and Rebecca St. James. In May 2003, Frank was one of two speakers at Six Flags Over America at their Annual HIGHER-POWER Christian Day.

Frank is an ordained minister, served as a youth pastor at three churches and after working 16 years working on Capitol Hill he is now speaking full-time doing the work of an evangelist. In 2006, Frank spoke in 19 states and over 145 messages. He is the former Minister of Evangelism at Dunkirk Baptist and was tapped in 2000, to become Vice President of the National Christian Youth Speakers Network.

Frank's ancestor carried Abraham Lincoln following his assassination in 1865. Frank's friend was a pallbearer at Elvis' funeral in 1977. Frank loves Joseph of Arimathea because Frank's ancestor carried "THE KING OF A NATION," Frank's friend carried "THE KING OF ROCK N ROLL," but we carry the "KING OF ALL KINGS!"
