Though I was brought up in a Christian home, my real need of the Savior became evident at age 31. Some very traumatic experiences woke me up to the fact that I was not a good manager of my life. Through these disappointments the Lord has graced me with true empathy for those with similar troubles in their lives.

My messages are based on the belief that such saints of the past as Brother Lawrence, Madame Jeanne Guyon, and Michael Molinos were sort of prototypes for what was to become available to all of God’s children today. They showed the way to become conscious of God’s presence in one’s life all the time. We who have been born again have Christ living in us right now! Perhaps we should call ourselves “Christ-ins” and not Christians because of the world’s great misunderstanding of that latter term. My basic message has been called by a number of names, “Union with God,” and “Practicing the Presence of God,” are among the most well-known. These are not ideals that are out of reach of the common person, but are well within the reach of the lowliest Christian.
