BIO:

Patricia Fortner Redmond is a wife and mother of two daughters, ages 27 and 23. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education from Jackson State University in Jackson, Mississippi and a Master of Arts in Public and Private Management (MPPM) degree from Birmingham-Southern College in Birmingham, Alabama.

She is an active member of Sardis Baptist Church where she serves as a Sunday School Teacher, Member of the Women’s Ministry Advisory Board, a deaconess and instructor in the Bible Institute. She has been the keynote speaker at many church and civic functions.

She is the published author of In the Fullness of Time: My Faith Journey, Pleasant Word, 2002. This book highlights her heart-wrenching twenty-five year walk through the valley of despair. With the help of God, she navigates the treacherous obstacle course of balancing the rigors of everyday life with the needs of a hyperactive daughter who has multiple developmental disabilities.

This story reveals God’s abiding presence and divine providence extended to an ordinary person who endures extraordinary times. Rather than an instantaneous miracle, Patricia shares with her audience how to experience spiritual growth over time under very adverse circumstances. She teaches how to have confidence in the faithfulness of God and how to stand on the integrity of His word, while you wait for His promises to be fulfilled In the Fullness of Time.

Patricia loves the Lord with all her heart and wants to share with others what He has done in her life. She is a living testimony of the faithfulness of God as we endure over time. She has witnessed first-hand the renewal of strength and optimism this message of hope generates among those who are weary and down-trodden.

Patricia’s primary message can be summed up as follows: “God is our Source”.
