BIO:

Toni is a dynamic, Christian teacher and speaker. She has been teaching at the college level for more than 15 years in several areas including business, gender communication, group dynamics and leadership. She is a professional woman who has endured several challenges in her personal and professional life. No matter how great the challenge she has found her strength and peace in God.

With a Ph.D. in Leadership and a Master’s in Organizational Behavior, Toni has the educational background and work experience to draw on when discussing topics like interpersonal relationships, church dynamics, balancing life and work issues, and dealing with stress.

Toni and her husband of 25 years live in a small town in northern Indiana. She has two children in college and two still at home.

In addition to speaking, Toni loves to sing and can provide special music as part of her presentation.
