BIO:
Kerry Patuka is a
degreed & certified educator, a licensed minister & a licensed
church consultant. She started working with kids at church when
she was 14 & for over 20 years has shared her love for God with
kids of all ages.
She writes a monthly column called 'The Family Connection' in a
local publication. She grew up in church plants, has been the
children's pastor at a church plant & currently provides
leadership in the children's ministry at a new church plant. She
has also served at a large established church. She has written &
adapted curriculum, dramas, camp materials, choreography,
training sessions, training materials & more.
She has recently founded Drive 5 Ministries a speaking,
training, consulting and coaching ministry for churches and
children's ministries. She is currently creating materials for
home small groups to use for their children's ministry.
She's spoken at MOPS meetings, women's retreats, camps, family
events, children's chapel services and parenting classes. Most
recently she created leadership training materials and taught
church leadership teams in Botswana, Africa about mission,
vision and values and led a camp in Zambia, Africa for
missionary kids.
Kerry is her family historian with over 32 completed scrapbooks.
She loves to read, but is also addicted to her Tivo! She's
married to Paul & together they have a 6 year-old son. They love
to travel - especially to large cities in the Northeast, in
which they both grew up.
