Pastor Roxanne
better known as "Roxie" is a born again, consecrated, converted,
Christian Holy woman of God. She is a ordained, licensed, and
certified Chaplain who has been in ministry for over twenty-four
years. While serving with missions, she helped to pioneer a
church while living in Azores on Terceria Island, Portugal. As a
evangelist she ministered on staff at Teen challenge, she has
spoke and ministered at Women's Aglow International. For ten
years she was Director for cable TV. show "The Connection"
Alameda Comcast that would help to mentor youth. During her
ministerial training she worked closely with Bishop/Dr. Cynthia
James of Landmark Ministries, in Oakland, Ca. One of her
favorite sermons "Do You Know Him?" was featured during a
special gospel service taping for Russian Free TV. in Moscow.
She served as Associate Minister/Evangelism and Urban Outreach
at the church she was born and raised. She is Founding Pastor
for ICF headquartered in Fremont, Ca. and currently based and
operating out of Los Angeles, Ca. She has been interviewed on
KFax Radio, and featured Pastors Link on KTLN TV. (Total Living
Network) Also was California Coordinator for Washington For
Jesus, and one of prayer coordinators for Azusa. Currently
developing a Radio Broadcast and future plans to develop TV.
