BIO:

Tom Norrell enjoyed a career in law enforcement working as a probation officer and police officer.  In 1994 he and his family (wife Marti, sons, Heath and Brent) moved to Springfield, Missouri.  In October 1995 Tom was seriously injured when another driver ran a traffic light.  After more than 3 years of recovery, Tom went back to college to earn his teaching degree in physical education.  During the past 2 years he has worked as a team manager for the Southwest Missouri State University Women's Basketball team.  In 2001 SMS was a Final Four participant.

Tom has developed a motivational guide for successful living called "Survive the Storm."  He believes that life is full of storms.  However, these storms can be great blessings and lead people to success when they are approached with faithful confidence of achieving victory.
