For nearly 15 years I was a TV meteorologist and talk show host. But when God began to call me into full-time ministry, not one person in my church, family or circle of friends encouraged me to take the step of faith...Even though I knew God was calling me out of the boat. Though it was challenging, God has been faithful and we have been blessed. We want to inspire, encourage and motivate others to step out of the boat and become the person God created them to be. Our focus is on the church in general, but our primary target is men. God needs warriors to fight the fight. Men need to understand they don't have to surrender their masculinity to follow Christ.
