Gaston is an ordained minister of the gospel who teaches the word of God with a flavorful blend. He has appeared on television talk shows, newspapers and magazines. You can watch him frequently as a guest chef on Christian Television Network (CTN) HomeKeepers with Arthelene Rippy. He produces a weekly article called Food for Thought which the book version is in the works. He also writes a monthly article called God Speed in Business. He uses his talent in culinary arts to help bring excitement when ministering the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Gaston and his wife Kathy have been married for 13 years, currently reside in Bradenton Florida and are members of Increasing Joy Ministries in Palmetto, Florida. They have one son. They have experienced how applying the principles of God in their lives have truly blessed them, even during trial times.

Chef Gaston is also the owner of Gaston D. Merideth Consulting, a culinary firm helping restaurants and food service establishments maximize there profits. Chef Gaston Ministries Int'l partners with Right Connection Association (A Leadership Association).
