Wes is the architect of Exceptionally Ordinary, a principle-centered personal development & advocacy training group. Wes a native of Hampton, VA is the Youth &Young Adult Pastor at the Triumphant Church in Hyattsville, MD & an Area Director with Young Life in Prince George’s County, MD, an international youth organization. Over the past 15 years Wes has served as an “Urban Practitioner” in the inner city & urban-suburbia. A passionate advocate for people pursuing their dreams, Wes considers himself an “Urban Dream Advocate” and an “Encouragement Consultant”

Wes is a graduate of Thomas Nelson College with an AS in Early Childhood Development; Maple Springs College with a BA in Biblical Studies with an emphasis in Pastoral Ministry. An engaging orator with a concise and captivating style of delivery, he has demonstrated the ability to communicate & connect with people of all ages, cultures, professions, and socio-economic levels. Wes often trains & speaks to groups of varying sizes in matters impacting life, personal growth, and mental development.

His transparency is thought provoking. Wes a huge sports fan and former Jr. College athlete reside in “urban-suburbia” Maryland with his wife, and their four children.
