Art has the unique perspective of both pastor and business executive. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Principle Based Enterprises, his firm helps Church Leaders, CEO’s and business owners accelerate growth and to help maximize employee performance through leadership development strategic planning and talent management. In addition, Art is an accomplished public speaker, writer and sales trainer.

He established an early career as a “Rainmaker” and top salesman in Southern California for 10 years. He then after completing a second degree in Pastoral Theology pursued a second avocation as a Senior Pastor for eight years.

Art then returned to the world of business and rapidly rose through the ranks of several technology companies. His senior management experience includes General Manager, Executive Vice President and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for both public and private companies and as the Director of Practice Development for one of the Big 5 Global Accounting firms.

Art lives in Agoura Hills, California, with his wife and 5 sons.
