Lisa Foy is the founder and pastor of Holy Vision Ministries. A non-denominational community ministry. She is an anointed Bible teacher and motivational speaker. She preaches and teaches the Word of God in such a way it inspires believers and un-believers alike that God has given a purpose and a plan to each person to enhance the Kingdom of God. She enlightens God's people with his Holy Word and encourages them to grasp the promises of God and apply them to their life.

Pastor Lisa currently resides in Beulaville, NC with her husband David and three children Christopher and twin girls Kristen and Katlyn.

Pastor Lisa is available to minister at churches, retreats and other church events. No congregation is too big or small we love them all.
