BIO:
Ann Elliott was
born in Peru, South America, the daughter of career
missionaries. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of
Arkansas, Fayetteville in traditional studio arts and creative
writing. She holds certificates in interactive design, 3D
animation, and video compositing. In her career as an artist she
has worked as a freelance artist, illustrator, graphic designer,
and interactive designer with experience in 3D animation and
video compositing. Ann has always been interested in and
involved in education. She has worked as a web designer for two
on line education companies, taught English as a Second
Language, calligraphy, and graphic design at a college level. In
the last 20 years she has taught Child Evangelism Fellowship
classes, Sunday school for adults and children, Children’s
church, and lead small group Bible studies. She lives with her
husband John Lee, her daughter Ariel, a hamster that keeps
changing names, and their dog Nikita in Stoneham, MA. Ann
Elliott formed Open Visions Entertainment Corp. in January 2001.
She has written and illustrated two books in the Gypsybridge
Friends series, and is working on a third, which will be
available for Easter 2003. Ann speaks to third, fourth and fifth
graders, middle schools, and high school students on "Animation:
What is it and how is it made?" Ann does book readings of
GypsyBridge Friends Books for K-2. Ann speaks to adults on
Christian media and following God in faith to "move mountains
into the sea."
