BIO:

Karen is a twenty year veteran of the radio industry and is the former morning show co-host of SonRise on Joy 92 FM KMFC Radio in Mid-Missouri, a Christian adult contemporary station. As part of her radio career Karen has had the privilege of broadcasting from Gospel Music Week and the DOVE Awards in Nashville, TN.

She is married to her husband, Brad, and they have raised five boys together. She is a wife, mother and grandmother! Karen & her husband reside in Hartsburg, Mo., although they are originally from Quincy, Il.

Karen has been speaking professionally for approximately 20 years and has spoken to groups across Illinois and Missouri. She was featured at the Missouri State Highway Patrol D.A.R.E. Officers convention in Kansas City, Mo. Karen has also participated in the State of Missouri Governor’s Prayer Breakfast held annually in Jefferson City, Mo.

One of Karen’s passions is ministering to those who families have been devastated by addiction and divorce. She has been a featured speaker for the “Celebrate Recovery” and “Divorce Recovery” groups in Christian churches.

A life that has been filled with challenges, heartbreak and victory through Jesus, Karen uses real-life circumstances, Scripture and humor to encourage and teach others about the “everlasting” love of Jesus!.
