Bro. Duplantis was born in 1956 along the river banks of the mighty Mississippi River in the little French community of Buras, LA -- 80 miles south of New Orleans. He and his wife Helen have 3 children and 3 grandchildren.

Bro. Duplantis has traveled extensively across America preaching the Gospel with signs and wonders following. He has pastored churches for 15 years from Louisiana to Boston, Massachusetts. Bro. Duplantis today is one of the most sought after speakers across America ministering to the body of Christ. (Mark is also a brother of Evangelist Jesse Duplantis).

Bro. Duplantis has appeared numerous times on television, preached major conferences, camp meetings, revivals, etc. Thousands of souls have been saved through this ministry and thousands have been healed by the power of God. Many churches have experienced much growth during and after a meeting with Bro. Duplantis because of the anointed vision that God has given him for the local church and building up the Body of Christ. Bro. Duplantis ministers in large or small churches across America.

Prior to answering the call to preach the gospel in 1983, Bro. Duplantis was a river pilot Captain on the largest towboat on the Mississippi River from New Orleans to St. Paul, Minnesota pushing 70 Barges with M/V COOPERATIVE SPIRIT 10,500 horsepower owned by ADM (archer,daniels,midland). He holds 16 different unlimited licenses with the U.S. Coastguard for the United States and overseas.
