DeCarlo and Amanda Eskridge: President and Vice President NU DAE Services, Inc., Atlanta, GA.

DeCarlo A. Eskridge’s career as a public speaker began at the early age of 19 in the military. He is a certified Life Coach through Franklin Covey, a certified ATM Gold with Toastmasters International, a member of the American Society of Training and Development. DeCarlo has a passion for personal development and spiritual growth. He is on a mission to see the Body of Christ transformed through information and inspiration.

A Journalism major and Marketing minor, Amanda began public speaking in elementary school and has perfected her craft in her profession, church and in her role as President of a Toastmasters Club. For more than 15 years, she has worked in communications and organizational development directly involved with the public and the community.

Amanda and DeCarlo are both Sunday school teaches at Word of Faith Family Worship Center in Atlanta GA, overseer Bishop Dale C. Bronner.

Our heart’s desire is that each and every person recognizes who he or she is, what he or she can accomplish and that they live it! The methodology we use to execute our mission is derived from the acronym T E A M to emphasize a partnership. Train - When your team learns together everyone has the same mindset, works together, and supports each other in using their new skills. We provide on-site workshops and seminars and customize our presentations to meet your needs.

Equip - We equip participants with information and inspiration gained from a perpetual process of formal and self-education including personal experiences, others’ experiences, educational institutions and a host of educational books, audio and video tapes, lectures, and seminars. Our goal is to equip participants with the knowledge they need to realize greatness in themselves.

Actualize - Knowledge, in and of it self, cannot stand alone, it must be actualized. We encourage participants to begin practicing what they have learned, to make it real and meaningful. To accomplish anything, you have to set goals. We encourage participants to begin setting and achieving small manageable goals. This confidence builder will foster larger goal setting that will, ultimately, lead to destiny.

Mentor - Success breeds success. If we, as adults, can reach our destiny in life; then our children, and others, can reach their destiny in life. It is essential, that we love others and share our successes. It is our responsibility to lead the way, to inspire and give back that which we have received. We must; to whom much is given, much is required.
